The teaser of Bail, starring Shivarajkumar, is out. The Kannada movie is directed by Pawan Wadeyar. The upcoming movie is bankrolled by KVN Productions of Jana Nayagan and Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups.

The teaser begins with Shivarajkumar’s character saying, “A tiger doesn’t need luck to hunt. Because hunting isn’t its passion. It’s its profession.” The veteran actor plays a cop with a stylish salt-and-pepper look. The teaser shows Shivarajkumar’s character being a cool, jovial police officer whose professional life is rattled by an incident.

Bail, written by Wadeyar, is touted to be a crime drama. The movie will hit the screens on October 02, 2026. The film’s ensemble cast includes, Saikumar, Jayaram, Ramesh Bhat, Dheekshith Shetty, Kiran Srinivas, Yogi, Sanjana Anand and Ramesh Indira.

Ajaneesh Loknath composed the music for Bail, while Vaidy handled cinematography. Shankar Narayana is the editor. The movie is Wadeyar’s maiden collaboration with Shivarajkumar. The director had previously worked with Puneeth Rajkumar for Rana Vikrama (2015)and Natasaarvabhouma (2019).

Meanwhile, Shivarajkumar has signed up for a project with R Chandru. The movie, to be produced by Anand Pandit, is titled Original Gangster.
