Cochin Shipyard delivers INS Mangrol to Indian Navy
CSL delivers INS Mangrol, an advanced anti-submarine warfare vessel, to the Indian Navy, enhancing maritime defense capabilities.
The vessel is named after the coastal township of Mangrol in Gujarat

INS Mangrol, the third of the eight anti-submarine warfare shallow watercraft (ASW SWC), indigenously designed and constructed by Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), was delivered to the Indian Navy on Friday.
The delivery protocol was signed by Harikrishnan S., Director (Operations), CSL, and Commander U. Sharan Kumar, Commanding Officer (Designate), INS Mangrol.
The vessel, which was named after the coastal township of Mangrol in Gujarat, has modern systems including lightweight torpedoes, indigenous ASW rockets, and advanced shallow-water sonars, a communication said.
