‘Dare Devil’ reunites Tamil star Ajith Kumar with director Adhik Ravichandran after the 2025 blockbuster ‘Good Bad Ugly’

The makers of Dare Devil, starring Ajith Kumar, have released the first look of the star from the movie. The film is directed by Adhik Ravichandran.
Dare Devil is produced by Ajith’s wife and actor Shalini. The movie reunites Adhik and Ajith after the blockbuster Good Bad Ugly (2025).
In the first look poster, Ajith is seen seated on a luxurious red leather wingback chair. Theactor is seen sporting a white suit and shirt, with red-tinted sunglasses, a metal wristwatch, and a bracelet. Ajith is holding a dice game piece in his hand.
Shalini is turning producer for the first time with Dare Devil through her production house, Bravehearts Production LLP. The makers announced in the poster that shooting for the movie begins on November 02, 2026.
Abhinandan Ramanujam will do the cinematography for the movie, while Vijay Velukutty is the editor. Supreme Sundar will choreograph the action for the movie.

Meanwhile, Ajith recently made headlines for his famous meeting with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay. The two on-screen rivals and contemporaries for over three decades met at Silverstone in Northampton, UK, on Saturday (September 12, 2026).
Vijay met Ajith at the Michelin Le Mans Cup at the Silverstone circuit. Ajith, who recently reignited his passion for racing, was set to participate in the race. Vijay, on his international trip as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, was at the venue to flag off the race.
Meanwhile, Ajith’s racing career is currently being made into a documentary. Called Gladiators, the documentary is directed by Vijay of Deiva Thirumagal (2011) fame. Ribhu Sharma, Noel Kemman, and Kabilan Vinayic are the cinematographers of the documentary, while Anthony will handle editing duties.
