Sapthagiri NPS University (SNPSU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Google to introduce an Agentic AI collaborative degree programme to students in the Bengaluru-based varsity.
The collaboration is aimed at strengthening AI education, research, and industry engagement by giving students exposure to emerging technologies and practical applications of intelligent systems.
Shanoop, Head, Google AI GTM, India, highlighted the potential of the Collaborative Degree to serve as a model for progressive institutions seeking to integrate emerging technologies, industry-aligned learning, and AI capabilities into academic education, thereby preparing students for an increasingly AI-driven world.
G. D. Manoj, Pro-Chancellor, SNPSU, said, “This Collaborative Degree will provide students with an opportunity to gain contemporary AI knowledge and industry-oriented skills while strengthening their academic and professional readiness.”
