In a major bureaucratic reshuffle of IAS officers, the Tamil Nadu government transferred J. Radhakrishnan, Additional Chief Secretary/Chairman and Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation and appointed him as Director, Anna Administrative Staff College. Dr. Radhakrishnan will also function as Director General of Training, replacing C. Samayamoorthy, holding additional charge.
Supriya Sahu, who was Additional Chief Secretary, Environment, Climate Change and Forests, has now been posted as Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner, Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute. She has been replaced by Kakarla Usha, who held the post of Additional Chief Secretary, Public and Rehabilitation.
Pradeep Yadav, Additional Chief Secretary, Information Technology and Digital Services, is transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, replacing Atul Anand, who is posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Information Technology and Digital Services.
Dheeraj Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner, Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute, is transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education replacing V. Arun Roy, who is posted as Chairman and Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation, Chennai. He will also function as Chairman, Tamil Nadu Power Generation Corporation; Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation; and Tamil Nadu Green Energy Corporation.

Sigy Thomas Vaidhyan, Principal Secretary / Commissioner, Disaster Management, Tamil Nadu Disaster Risk Reduction Agency, Commissionerate of Revenue Administration and Disaster Management, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary/ Commissioner, Transport and Road Safety replacing D. Baskara Pandian, who is posted as Director, Museums.
E. Sundaravalli, Special Secretary, Public and Rehabilitation, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Public and Rehabilitation, replacing Kakarla Usha. Nirmal Raj, Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Transport, replacing M. Vallalar, who is posted as Commissioner, Labour.
R. Gajalakshmi, Commissioner, Land Administration, is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Prohibition and Excise replacing Pooja Kulkarni, who is posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board.
Mageswari Ravikumar, Director, Social Welfare, is transferred and posted as Director, Art and Culture replacing R. Brindha Devi, who is posted as Director, Social Welfare.
D. Rathna, Additional Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Chennai.
Waghe Sanket Balwant, Additional Collector (Development) / Project Officer, District Rural Development Agency, Coimbatore, is posted as Executive Director, Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation, replacing Sweta Suman.
