Other actors in the cast include Suraj Venjaramoodu, Anu Sithara, Suhasini Maniratnam, Hakkim Shajahan and Vinay Forrt, among others.
Roby Varghese Raj is the cinematographer of the film, which is edited by Chaman Chakko. Jakes Bejoy handles Hail Mary’s Music.
Hail Mary is the third collaboration between Kunchacko and Martin after Nayattu and Officer on Duty. Kunchacko was most recently seen in Unmadham, a psychological thriller, directed by Kiran Das and written by Shahi Kabir.
The Hindu review of Unmadham said, “With ‘meta’ written all over the film, Unmadham is not just about the struggles of a police officer who aspires to be in the film industry. It can also be seen as a commentary on the glut of police procedurals based on real-life cases, with the only idea left to be turned into a film being a case file that has superstitious fears attached to it. Unmadham goes into the deep recesses of a creative police officer’s mind, but manages to come up with only a few interesting crumbs.”
